I was pleasantly surprised by how large my unit was and being climate controlled. In Arizona, it really is a must. Since I am storing furniture and almost everything I had in my house, this was extremely important to me. The employees are wonderful and were patient explaining things to me. Definitely a big thumbs up.

The staff is always wonderful! The only time I had a problem was during the COVID19 farce. When I went to the office, twice, I was not allowed to come into the store when they had an other customer in the office. I had to wait outside, in Gilbert Arizona, during the summer. When there was plenty of room for 2-3 other customers to sit on the other side of the room. They could've been doing the 6 foot requirement.
