Very happy with the quality and the service at Extra Space. The staff was the best part, very professional and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Their facility is also very accessible, safe, clean and organized. I would return again for future storing needs.

The ExtraSpace facility on Baseline Rd. in Gilbert is exceptionally clean, well lighted and in great condition. They have lights that come on as you walk down aisles, as well as pipe in music to make the task of packing/unpacking more tolerable (mostly classic rock). They have several security measures ranging from code entry to cameras and locks, and alarms/notifications that alert office staff if an entry code does not match a unit accessed. Very happy with our decision to choose this place. It was the best deal in Gilbert. We pay $100/mo (including insurance) for a 10'x10' room with very high ceiling. Only suggestion is that they get more carts since they usually only have 2 in the front and 2 in the back. 1/2 the time I need to hunt for a cart. This place is very clean and AIR CONDITIONED. I was lucky to get a unit close to the elevator on the 2nd floor.

Just moved out of my unit after 4 months and I have to say Rob and Rihanna were wonderful. Their customer services was great, the facilities clean and spacious, I certainly recommend this location!

Terrible...doubled the rate 3 times in less than a year...run away from these scammers as quick as you can....I would have given ZERO stars if I could have! LOOK AT ALL OF THE REVIEWS FOR SURPRISE RATE INCREASE THAT ARE 2X original rate

There was a disingenuous response to my review as this woman was asking me to contact them in regards to the unreasonable rate increase. If they were are really honest about this and were sorry about raising my monthly rent more than double, they would have contacted me through my email or would have directly called with an apology since they have my contact information. This simply shows that this organization is the most dishonest business around and people should avoid renting from them.

My original review and recommendation NOT to rent here has not changed. This place is terribly greedy. Raised my rate significantly after only 2 months of renting. The new rate is ridiculous and I never would have rented if I knew they'd raise it that much. Secondly... They charge a 20% late fee if you're even a day late... no grace period. I had an issue with my paycheck being mailed instead of given to me so I am a day late and they are charging me almost $60 in late fees along with almost $300 a month for the space. U... read more

Getting a space here was so easy. Todd was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The facility is very clean and well kept. The reason for the lower star rating is that we showed up yesterday with a truckload of stuff and there were no carts available practically the whole time we were there. It was so frustrating and we had to make many more trips than needed in the heat!! I realize Saturdays are certainly their busiest days, but it seems that should be anticipated.
