Warren, the Manager at the Mission location, in Riverside is the BEST!!! He assisted me with a storage unit rental today. He is both profession and personable and made this such a quick and smooth transaction! I started moving in right away. A great place to rent storage. Thank you again Warren!

Haven't had any issues. Storage unit was nice and clean. Property appears to be well maintained. Would recommend.
I recently moved within the area and needed a small storage unit to obviously store some belongings. Warren, the manager was beyond extremely helpful in helping me find which unit would be perfect for me. He was very thorough in explaining the policy of the storage unit, not to mention so nice!! While we were touring the property, I was so impressed with how clean it is! I know some other individuals have ran into some issues but its a storage unit! This is my second time using this exact location and Mr. Warren has been there since back in 2013, which was the first time we used these units. He is very nice and helpful! This time around I got a small storage and ended up needing a much bigger one. I spoke to the manager as far as what was my best option as far as pricing and he guided me and helped me get a bigger one and allowed me to move and get the first months for free like the previous Unit as long as I was out before my next months due date!
