Friendly staff prices are standard storage fees are way to high everywhere so service is what you shop for and these guys are all very patient and friendly.
This place is always clean, staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They have the best coffee and tea in the office! As a single parent always checking on my unit, they really have the place secured. They have lots of cameras, if someone is not supposed to be on premises they do the best they can to solve the issue.
Had no issues with this storage facility, very clean and easy to get to. I have been storing my stuff here for the last year.
The late fee more then doubled my storage. Also they increase your rent without notice. Crook Company

My storage space rental just doubled from $35 to $65 for a very small closet size space. This would be the 4th month that I have been there. I moved in on an "internet special' and was charged approximately $85.00 for the first month (this included the discounted monthly charge of 35 plus a lock which was 20 + a $30 admin fee. I just went to storage last week to clean out, I also found dead baby mouse. Also, I see a lot of debris around the storage. Once I get everything out then I will close the account and never look back.
Didn't provide any help when storage unit was broken into this year. Not even a simple security cameras check up. The thieves handpick the lock and flip over the lock and locked it when they stolen the valuables. Even with insurance, they couldn't do because the lock wasn't "broken". Wouldn't recommend to anyone.. Someone can pick your lock and simply get away with it. watch out!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: MY UNIT WAS INFESTED WITH MICE/ MOUSE POOP- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I rented a small unit for a total of 6 months. I really only needed the unit to store a couch that I looked forward to using when I got into my new place. There were also a few other boxes in the unit. As soon as I opened it, I saw mouse poop and urine all over my items. There was poop all through out the couch pillows and cushions, despite it being well covered with fitted sheets. Stay away from this company. There are people living in the storage units. We have seen them entering and leaving and, as people will do, they eat where they live. This has created a mouse problem at the facility. We have mice in our personal belongings. There are two bait boxes on our row of units. Management is aware of the issue and blames it on the adjacent field. They have never increased the bait boxes, increased pest control or given any deduction for the mice in our unit.
