I had a good experience with ExtraSpace. Rose was very helpful and guided me through the policies and potential pitfalls of not knowing how the storage industry works. All of the storage companies I looked at had teaser rates but some of them allow you to lock in the monthly teaser rates for a longer period. This is the only way I could see to keep prices low ( see other comments)

Dewayne is absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about how he goes above and beyond for his customers. He made hard moment in my life easy and stress free. I highly recommend renting at this wonderful location. The facility is always nice clean.

Great experience and customer service. I needed a storage unit when I moved out of the country and rented a space for 5 years. The facility was always super clean and secure. The staff was very helpful anytime I had a question or needed something. I would definitely recommend this location.

They have a friendly, helpful, and personable staff. They make sure you understand your contract before signing. It was a pleasant experience dealing with them.
Needing a place to keep my belongings for the two weeks in between my leases and this place is great! Dwayne was super nice and so so helpful; he even helped me find a new store room because I realized I had not picked the right one for my needs. He went above and beyond!! Thanks again Dwayne!!

Order more carts! They have 2 carts and basically anytime you come you are waiting on someone to be done with a cart. It's a never ending battle.
