The constant rate increases are extremely frustrating, but the facility itself gets 5 stars for cleanliness and how it's operated. Noretta is an absolute rockstar, she deserves a raise. I am at the unit 3-4 times a week and always see her having great interactions with customers and staying busy. Thanks for all that you do Noretta!

I decided to move some very important items from my home after it barely survived the CZU lightning complex fire in the Santa Cruz Mountain. Michael was great, made finding a locker to fit my needs very easy. When I moved out he actually remembered me coming in looking for a locker after the fires. Security is top notch and Michael keeps the facility immaculate. If you need storage I would definitely recommend this place.

Love the location less than a mile from my place. Mike maintain this storage very well. Mike's customer service exceeded my expectations. He truly care for his clients and very helpful. I feel safe putting my stuff in this facility
