The service I received from Michael was extraordinary. He was thorough, detailed, and his willingness to be part of every stage of the process was invaluable. The communication between us was great and he even helped facilitate the move in on a Sunday, which was his day off! Everything went smoothly and without a hitch! I will use Extra Space Storage again!
One of the few places with the availability of very small unit at the "right" price. Convenient location, reasonable hours and easy access to the facility and to my unit. Sophisticated security system gave me great peace of mind both for contents of my storage units and for my personal safety when in the facility.
The Los Gatos location is wonderful—I'd never imagine a storage facility to be in such a nice part of town. And Michael is great to work with. He's very attentive and thorough, and was the main reason I decided to use this location over other, less expensive options. I highly recommend this facility if you are in the Los Gatos area.
The customer service (Mike) was outstanding. The storage unit is very clean and located in a beautiful area. The price I got my unit for was reasonable. Very happy with my decision to go with Extra Space Storage.

The Los Gatos Extra Space Storage facility came highly recommended by my sister for storage needs. I was very excited to confirm all the great qualities of this facility that my sister indicated. Friendly and helpful staff, SOOOO Clean, easy to access your unit and very well lit up, which provides a level of safety that I was looking for. There are 4 dollies that are available for customers to use, and they push/roll with very little effort. Our move was so easy.
