Back again- because of great service, clean facility, and great security. I feel good about my contents stored here.
I had to evacuate my home because of wildfires and my personal items where being stored by a friend. However I needed someplace to store business items. Extra Space Storage was great. They were able to accommodate me very quickly. My space was clean, roomy, and one of the representatives walked me to the space to show me how to operate the lock. I highly recommend them.
Michael is outstanding! He is extremely helpful, AND, he is tremendously knowledgeable!!!!!! All of our interactions with him have been excellent.
This place has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, specifically from their newest DM Kent Mckenzie. This place is an absolute rip off. I needed a place to store my belongings for 1-2 months when I was in between apartments several months ago (and made this known to the folks that I spoke to).
