sorry there is no half stars so had to give this thieves 1 star! Since new ownership took over there has been nothing but rate raise!First time they did that they notified me from $97.00 dlls went up to $111.00 then second time didn't notify me and raised rent to $121.00 now they want $136.00 ! This idiots think Im pooping money!Im moving out as soon as I get a change I hope I dont go to another place like this!

Terrible service. Raise rent every year, they don't want long term renters just people who need 1-2 months.

I'm just confirming what I have read from other yelpers about extra space storage, at least the facility in Los Gatos on University. Our rate has gone up 24% in a year and half. The first increase was $10 with no notice to us. This time I did receive a postcard that there will be a $20 increase. Extortion.

Be careful!!!! Although the place is new, clean and well taken care of, I agree with the other Yelpers saying that you will receive an increase every 5 months or so. I moved in my unit with an internet special at $115/month and in less than 2 years, it is already at $145!. Really!?? I am looking for an alternate. You have been warned.

Though the facilities are very secure, expect to have rate increases every 5 months or so. I have the smallest unit which is about the size of a small closet. It was advertised as $75/month with first month free, but they require their insurance ($9) so that bumped the price up to $83/month. About 5 months after I moved my stuff in, I received a postcard in the mail informing me of a $10 rent increase with no explanation.
