Super easy online service. Clean place and cheap online prices. Glad I found them. Would recommend them for sure.
I love this place. The customer service is awesome and the facilities are nice and easy to use. This was my second time using them this past year and both times were not only easy but enjoyable.

This was the first time I've had to rent a storage. I decided to try Extra Space Storage versus other companies as the website was very user friendly - prices are posted, you can pay online and reserve a unit, and there are tutorial videos. I was able to determine the unit size needed by watching a video they provided. There's even an app! When moving out of my storage, there was an awesome agent named Kyle who helped me. Diane was very helpful and kind to work with. She made it a smooth and quick process. couldn't pass the special they had which made me try Extra space storage first As all others were very pricy for a 10x10. Building and unit was clean. Glad I gave them a try.

Wynona helped me out and she was awesome! I needed storage immediately due to the coronavirus shutting down my store and Wynona and Extra Space Storage were there for me.
