Been a customer at this facility since 2012. Just recently moved out because of the new owners have raised my rent twice since they took over. First, they fly in a painting company from AZ to paint the facility. Why not hire a local company? My husband and I go there one day because we needed to get some belongings out of our storage. These painters blocked the entrance of our unit, and told us their not moving for 45 minutes, that we needed to wait??? WTH? Why not paint after hours? Horrible place. Bad office hours AND no one is ever in the office during posted office hours.
