I had a really good customer experience with Alicia Florez, that help me out when I had to find a space and with questions that I had I recommend her an extra space storage.

The staff at this facility are the best, they are very friendly and helpful. Even when i locked myself in at midnight, ooops, but still, with a smile, they let me out, Lease here, you won't regret it, i will again for sure if needed. Thank you so much.
I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. If they had a negative star option I would use it. Had only been renting unit for 3 months and on the 4th month the bill jumped $105.00. With no notice, snail male, or email. 25% price hike. If you are like most people in Hawaii, we just make enough to survive. Not enough to have some rich corporation pad the lining in there pockets with my hard earned money.

They aren't kidding when they say the size is appropriate! The 5x5 is actually 4.5x4.5 but they make you "accept" that the measurement might be slightly off. I figured that just meant a fraction of an inch and they were covering their butts. Nope. They know they aren't even close to 5x5. But since I signed up online and prepaid, I'm SOL. I like the air conditioned space but the bad thing is the price keeps going up and I finally had to move. I couldn't afford it anymore. They should keep their prices affordable so more people would keep their space.

The manager "Wynona"of this facility is a "HOT MESS"! Ive been a tenant for 4 months and the last 2 months has been nothing but personal drama from this manager. First and foremost I'm not from Kauai and I am treated very poorly because of it. If I ask a question she Rudely gives me an answer and rolls her eyes. I've never been late on a payment and I have EFT for my account and this month my bill almost doubled. poor service, staff members were very unprofessional about having my storage Roof leak repaired
New building They keep raising the rent and don't tell you prior to raising it, and don't just raise it a little. It is not Climate control they keep it cool in the day time until about 6pm then it gets hotter and hotter as the night goes on. It gets bad and you can't even breath In there. The sliding door was open for at least a month and never fixed. Still not fixed anyone can get into the building.
