RecommendedSo I found the process easy and both reps very helpful and knowledgeable. I paid for 6months to avoid rate increases, which is what brought me here. Where I was before my rate went from $130 t0 $182 in 18 months. The only thing the other unit had this one doesn't is a couple lights. But it is much cleaner, much closer to my house and easier to get into. It seems from shopping around that "bait and switch" is typical of the storage business.
