Easy process reserving a unit online. Needed chat help to retrieve online signature page to verify everything. Only objection is “having” to carry insurance. If I decline I shouldn’t be required to pay for something I knowingly take responsibility for.

I liked everything about Extra Space Storage. It is close to where I was staying, the hours of operation worked great with my schedule, it is clean, maintained and secured.
Everything was just so smooth and with pleasure I'm very happy.
Facility is clean and we'll kept. Manager is helpful and friendly.
The lady in the office was really nice and polite really helpful and took us around the property show us storage unit complex is really nice and clean she was very kind .
