do not rent from here just raised storage rent 40% after 6 years extra space storage on boulder has allowed homeless to stay on sight which is a huge violation. had our storage unit broken into not safe not secure

I dislike that Yelp does not allow you to Yelp a corporation versus a location. This Yelp is not necessarily for this location but for the number that you contact in general. The old manager she had great public relations. The new manager, he needs to go back to public relations school, very rude.
So what's the point of reserving on line if they don't honor it? I got a 10x10 unit for $110 a month and when I arrived, they said it was $120 because it was air conditioned. Or I could get another, but not the first month free. I need the short term storage for a relative who is moving right away and didn't want to waste more time. Truck was already loaded. Called to confirm with the assistant manager the online rate of $49 a month for a 4x8 storage unit. Packed the truck and headed down to store my stuff and found out this place is a SCAM!!! The assistant manager, who I talked to on the phone an hour earlier told me that "it doesn't show it on the Internet, but their is a $13 dollar a month insurance fee on top of the $49 monthly rate".
