Very helpful staff. I was helped by Lynda and she was very professional and nice. Always making sure you have what you need. Would definitely recommend this storage space in comparison to other spaces I've used.
Really happy with my decision on extraspace storage in highland. Linda in the front office was really nice and extremely helpful!! I got the first month free It's in a really nice area and Linda made the whole process very fast and pleasant. If you live in the San Bernardino/highland area and are looking for a storage unit. this is the place you need to store.
Very friendly and courteous staff and VERY clean facility. More than happy with my decision to rent a storage at this location.
Nice, friendly staff. Conveniently located and the grounds are kept clean, no debris. Storage unit is spacious and are well lite. Easy access to and from facility.
The "security" for the facility sucks. Barely ANY cameras on site. The worst of it is the fact that thieves can rent a unit after office hours, be granted access IMMEDIATELY, enter, break into any unit they want, and then basically take their time to go through the unit. The gate doesn't allow entry after 10, but it permits exit. My wife lost almost half her unit's contents, which included three paintball guns and a sword of mine because of this. Stay away from these stupid crooks. They more then doubled my parents rate after 2-3 months "to keep up with market rate" find another place to store your stuff.

This is a SCAM!!!!!! They DOUBLED the rent after 3 months of storing!! Said it was because it was an internet special but was not told by the person who processed paperwork that this would be the case. ABSOLUTELY terrible way to run a business. These people are terrible humans for even thinking this an acceptable way to treat hard working people.

They quote a monthly rate over the phone and reserve a unit for you. When you go to finalize the reservation and use the unit, they decide they are going to change and raise the monthly rate arbitrarily and expect you to just accept that. Bait and Switch is not proper and unacceptable when running a business! Don't rent a storage unit from these people!
