Steve was great at helping me figure out what i needed. Explaining how to remember my code. And was able to answer any questions i had. It was a little difficult finding my unit. Wall maps would be helpful. But over all it was a great experience considering this is my first storage rental. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage to my friends and family.

Facility is super clean and neat and I feel that my belongings are very safe there. I would suggest that Extra Space Storage put together a one-sheeter to send to all new renters to make sure they have the specifics around map of units, access points, gate access directions, and type of lock.

Just an overall great experience. Richard was extremely polite and understanding and extremely helpful in explaining everything about using ExtraSpace. Arriving at my unit being greeted by Richard explaining everything I needed to know. Unit was clean well constructed. Great access by the roll up garage door to the unit door has a nice step up so no dirt dust or leaves blow into your unit. Great hours of access. Very well security.
