Just an overall great experience. Richard was extremely polite and understanding and extremely helpful in explaining everything about using ExtraSpace. Arriving at my unit being greeted by Richard explaining everything I needed to know. Unit was clean well constructed. Great access by the roll up garage door to the unit door has a nice step up so no dirt dust or leaves blow into your unit. Great hours of access. Very well security. The staff is nice and wonderful. The storage unit is safe and clean. However, the increased my storage unit cost many times. I would only use this for a 3 month rate bc after that they have raised the rent multiple times and not by a few dollars large increases. Was told it was bc the promotional rate ran out? Then they increased it again. Stayed about a year they increased it twice in 1 year went from Under 100.00 to almost 270.00. Other places offer less for the same thing. Also no warning about the increased rates.

DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE!! I would give zero stars if I could, they are dishonest thieves. My storage unit was $90 a month when I signed my contract. After fees it was $109 and I thought it was a reasonable price. Then I realized after a few months being on autopay with my bank card, they raised my rent to $189 and had been charging me $189 for the past 5 months.
