I love my drive up unit, it large, easy to access and I can quickly unload all my items without any hassle.
The facility is clean and safe, with coded access per person storing so you know that it's secure.
Neat clean great location easy rental
So easy to rent. Unit was drove up and convenient. It was clean and private! Bought a lock on site. So convenient. Making this crazy process a little easier!

This was the first time I rented a storage facility/unit and Richard made the experience a very pleasant and easy one. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to choose the items I would need to protect and cover that which was being stored in the facility. I was also pleased with the price of the unit.

Steve was great at helping me figure out what i needed. Explaining how to remember my code. And was able to answer any questions i had. It was a little difficult finding my unit. Wall maps would be helpful. But over all it was a great experience considering this is my first storage rental. Highly recommend Extra Space Storage to my friends and family.
