Great customer care from Alissa, who is extremely helpful and professional. Not only did an actual person answer the phone but she (Alissa) was friendly and very knowledgable without having to put me on hold a bunch of time times. I would recommend this Slaughter Creek location for it's cleanliness and easy access, but most of all for the stellar customer service from Alissa.

Last minute storage searching was stressful until I found extra space storage! Somehow, my check in online didn't go through, but I called in and (I think her name was Alex) answered and made it so smooth and helped me w all my questions! The other gentlemen that helped me when I checked in to get my locked was more than awesome as well. I've had a few storages in my life across states and this has been the smoothest greatest price I have ever found! Thanks you guys!!

Carissa was very helpful and friendly. No hassle straight to business. I asked for a 10X10 and realized it was to small she got me a 10x15 with no problem.

Easy move in and out process. Fast friendly customer service. I have used this facility before and they always treat me with courtesy. Will definitely reccomend.
