Love this storage! Super easy to get a space online or in the office. Very good deals online for this location. Love em!
Good communication and helpful attitude. One of the employees came quickly when I needed help at my unit. They also allowed me to pay by the day when I needed to go a few days into the next month. Positive experience in all ways.

Mikes customer service was superb! I didn't even have to come in the office for anything. He even left me a copy in my unit before I brought my items in. This has been the most transparent and easy storage rental ever! Thanks Mike! You saved the day!

I've seen the negative reviews, but I have to say that I've had quite a different experience than some of their other people - leading me to think that maybe some of the issues have been or are being addressed. Kelly was really helpful in getting us into the unit and they honored the price quote we got online. Additionally, this place is - by far - the cheapest storage facility in the area. Like 50% cheaper than the next closest unit. Overall, it's about as good an experience as one can have with a storage facility.

I had another storage unit so I moved all my stuff to this one because it was way cheaper. Actually it turned into 3 because obviously I can't judge how much fits into one. When I had to get the second one they were very helpful in getting me into it day of. The third one worked out well because it was next to the 2nd one. Before I left Austin last summer I noticed that having an outside unit can get rats into the storage units. ENTIRE CAMPER STOLEN! Absolutely no!!!!!!! Don't come here. Don't be fooled by the lower rate at first, they will just double the price in a few months. Since we have parked our camper here, it has been broken into, damaged, license plate stolen, and the entire camper has now been stolen. Not sure what we are paying for here. They cannot keep anything safe here. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stored household items at this location for over a year. Rental rate was somewhat high, and they raised the rental rate twice. Why the one star review?... RATS!!!!! This storage facility is full of rats. So, I was basically paying rent so rats could pee and poop on my storage items... and even eat a lot of my storage items. I complained to management multiple times, but they kept blaming the rat problem on the tenants who supposedly were not following the rules about storage items. Ridiculous!
