It's turned out to be the right storage for my needs. In fact, better than. I needed a 10x10 in the Thousand Oaks area. I checked online, called a few, and found ridiculously high prices. Extra Space storage had a reasonably priced unit (go online and reserve for savings), and a first floor unit (all of theirs is). They make the process great, and were very responsive to calls or even texts. Easy to sign-up, and a docusign for all the paperwork. When you can have your personal belongings at a storage and feel safe is such an incredible feeling. From a beautiful neighborhood and the fire department right next door is such an amazing feeling. IFrom the first time Selena greeted me and showed me rates I knew this is where I wanted to store my belongings at. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I had the right size. Salina is very respectful and a true professional and goes out of her way to help.Extra Space in Westlake Village is very well run and kept clean and is a convenient location and has very good and available entry hours. Love this storage space. Ive been here for many years now! Employees are great and always helpful. I would def recommend this storage space especially if you live in thousand oaks/westlake. Not a far drive! Ive had a bigger unit & now i have a smaller one! Ill most likely will be a customer for a bit longer. Either way, ill always store my items here! Super safe, easy access & more.

I needed a storage unit ASAP. I called around a few places and they weren't too friendly over the phone. I called this location And Salina was so friendly, she told me to go right over and she had everything ready to go when I arrived. Quick and friendly service goes a long way. I've recommended her and this location to family and friends.
