Terrific experience, great customer service. Salina made the process quick and easy, even when I had to upgrade my storage unit a few weeks later. The unit and the entire facility are clean and convenient. Good security so you feel safe.

Very fast and efficient securing of a storage area. The staff are very helpful and this facility provides large carts for transporting your stuff from your vehicle to the storage unit.

Really super easy experience getting this done. Good online rates and the facility itself is really convenient with the location and available entry hours. Salina was great during the signup process. Plus -- you can't go wrong with a month-to-month contract.

Seems like different locations have varying reviews from good to horrible. Well this one is pretty good. The site is a maze and you may get lost inside (signs pointing to office would be a good idea) but the units are clean and secure and the staff very friendly and helpful. Got initial quote from Ignacio who was very helpful, gave a tour of the place and reserved the storage unit I wanted for a week. do not rent from here their roof leaks water and the manager salina does not care or offer any sort of fix!!! they still demand full payment when their units dump water on your contents!! go anywhere else but here!!!

RUN AWAY. My family rents here and up until now hadn't had an issue--until the roof failed. You would think if the roof LEAKED into your storage unit and RUINED your property, the storage facility would be kind and honorable. Not here at Extra Space Storage: Full rent owed; refusal to cover any sort of remediation, and would not let us move to a different unit. Does Extra Space Storage not have insurance? my family rents a sorage unit here and the manager salina is so rude and unprofessional. dont waste your time and money, go anywhere else!

I rarely give bad reviews. But when a family member has had nothing but bad attitude and negligent service from the manager, Selina, I must speak up. Selina is short-tempered, unprofessional, and unwilling to serve the client's needs. You would think that severe water damage from the last storm would have her going out of her way to help put matters right for the customers affected. Nope! Not for this manager. She won't facilitate insurance claims, not help find another unit. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.
