I live close by this facility ,got a very nice sized storage ,deal was great but after a year or when deal is over the price goes way up ..my only hang up is the site manager who left me a message on my voicemail as if she were my parole officer!!Said I VIOLATED the contract ..I called the facility immediately,mind you ,I rarely ever go this place because of my work .I was being scolded for being at the facility past 10pm for drying up my wet car .Went to this place at 9pm ,got all my stuff before 10pm ,left 15min after 10pm... read more

I do not recommend trusting the leasing agents. They guaranteed me a prorated fee for my last month. However, they did not let me know about the condition that you cannot pay for the whole month via EasyPay and still receive a prorated amount. The leasing agent made me the guarantee and immediately offered easypay. Why would he offer me easy pay knowing i wanted the pro rated amount? Terrible terrible terrible place. I cannot give any stars. Do not fell into this crack. It was so crap. The store manager Isa is terrible. She made mistake on my account record so I could not pay on time. Then she charged me fees, broke my unit lock , asked me to pay to replace the lock and put my unit into foreclosure. And threat me. Such a nice facility. Clean and convenient. Sadly, we will be looking for another facility. In just over 18 months, our rate has gone up $30.00!!! Really is a shame...

UNANTICIPATED RATE INCREASES !! The place is clean and convenient for me, I'll say that, but after being there only 5 months, they hit me with a 25% RATE INCREASE with no warning!! You would think that the rate you start with would be guaranteed for at least a year. When I complained they told me that it was "standard in the industry". That is a bunch of BULL. I've rented storage space in the past and the rent was very stable for at least a year. Moving out as soon as possible.

Long story Short... BEWARE OF RATE INCREASES! I originally rented a 15x15 unit on the 4th floor for $147.00 a month. After 4 months I received notice that my rate would be increasing by $110.00. I called and was informed that all units receive a rate increase usually at the 6th and 12th month of renting. I was never provided any information on rate increases.

On plus side, the building is clean and leak (water) and pest free. On the negative side is that they lure you in with a low price, and once you get your stuff moved in (and are less likely to want to move out) the price jumps up. I was renting their smallest unit, 5x5x5x, it started off at $22 a month, and by the time I left it was $62. Personally I would not do business with them again.

-** (NEGATIVE STARS!!) Ok, I haven't actually USED the storage facility, but I was looking into it...UNTIL, the mafia collection agency called everybody I know to seal the deal! WTH??!!
