This is the fourth time I am renting a storage unit on this company and the place it’s always well kept and customer service is always grate!
The customer service representative, Denise, is friendly and knowledgeable. She is also efficient and found the best fit for me. Great customer service

Excellent customer service. I've only been renting at this site for a couple of months, but so far I'm very impressed by how well this site is managed. I looked at 5 other storage facilities in the area, but this the only one that had everything I was looking for.

After two months they send me a letter saying my monthly rate is doubling. I ask how that can be. They say I was on a promo rate that adjusts monthly. No where did it say I was on a promo rate. Predatory business practices. I will be cancelling. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Rates are adjusted periodically due to market value. Will you please give us a call at 888-storage to discuss what other options we may have for you?
I do not recommend trusting the leasing agents. They guaranteed me a prorated fee for my last month. However, they did not let me know about the condition that you cannot pay for the whole month via EasyPay and still receive a prorated amount. The leasing agent made me the guarantee and immediately offered easypay. Why would he offer me easy pay knowing i wanted the pro rated amount? Further, customer service has been no help in addressing my concern about the misleading leasing agent. Do not recommend renting here
