Sarah and Denise were absolutely amazing! They were super nice, welcoming, and showed outstanding hospitality ! Their positive attitudes and professionalism made a big difference. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage--especially if you get to meet with Sarah and or Denise!

Signed up and moved in same day. Just the right size for me. They know have entry via their ap, so no long passcode to remember. A little cold.

Denise was so helpful and very polite. She made our first time renting a unit thorough and made sure we had the proper unit for all our things. She is great at her job and helped make us feel comfortable and happy to make the decision to get the unit!

I called the storage facility on Montrose in desperate need of a storage solution. I had the pleasure of working with Denise. Although this specific location did not have a storage unit to fit my needs, Denise went above and beyond to help me find a location that could offer me what I needed in the midst of a very hectic time with a move cross country. Store manager - Denise Derengowski and her trainee were outstanding. I stopped by to sign a lease. My storage in South Carolina was bought over by Extra Space storage. I was told that I could go to any branch to sign my lease on line. It's not something that they deal with on a daily basis, but Denise cheerfully explained my new lease; made changes that were on from my old lease, and I signed and initialed electronically.
