I spoke with Antoine today and he was great! Explained everything and showed me around the facility! Very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this facility!! The facility was very clean and secure!

The facilities are clean, convenient, and well-lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. The company is also good about communicating temporary facility closures when relevant. My only complaint is that the rates for storage units rise fairly frequently, so that discount rate you get online won’t last for long.

On 9/24/21, I picked up an auction unit win. This was from store number 1229. Sergio was so professional and patient with me. He helped me take everything out of the 5 x 5 unit .Sergio even helped me load it into my van! He even showed me an easier way to get back onto the busy street. If I ever pick up another auction win I will ask for him.

The Extra Space Storage at 4455 W Montrose Ave is a clean and modern facility. The only issue that I have is that the rent goes up quite frequently. I have not had storage there for 2 years yet. However, my rent has already gone up 2 times. Otherwise, it's a great facility. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.
