On 9/24/21, I picked up an auction unit win. This was from store number 1229. Sergio was so professional and patient with me. He helped me take everything out of the 5 x 5 unit .Sergio even helped me load it into my van! He even showed me an easier way to get back onto the busy street. If I ever pick up another auction win I will ask for him.

Store Manager Denise at the Montrose Ave Extra Space Storage in Chicago was fantastic! As soon as I walked in she was a hundred percent focused and patient in finding me a storage unit. I went from curious to know more information to purchasing a unit on the spot without hesitation. She answered all of my questions clearly and took care of things quickly. I've been to other storage units in the city but I'll be sure to always come back and refer others to this one because of Denise.
