Denise was great and has a very welcoming smile and charm. She is an expert and very professional. I had an amazing experience with customer service here. Ive never used storage services but they explained everything you need to know concisely. They didn't lose their patience for me possibly taking too much time. They even helped me with some garbage. Great customer service. My unit was due for a rental increase but Denise was able to transition me to another unit at a reasonable price. No pressure for time into moving to the new unit. Thanks Denise for all your help!
