Not sure why there are so many bad reviews...But I had a great experience thanks to Katherine who helped me! She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered any questions that I had and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Plus the storage location is open later than other storage buildings, it's clean, very easy to find the building and there is parking!
Place had bad reviews but it was fine for me. Affordable and flexible cancellation. The only complaint was the pipe in my unit that made it hard to organize bulkier items.
TIP: Come prepared. It will save you time & money!! 1) Bring evidence of your homeowners/renters insurance showing your personal property is covered. They require you to have insurance covering your belongings in storage, so if you don't have proof when you pay, you have to pay for theirs ($14/month) until you do. 2) Bring a padlock. Or two; there are two lock slots on each unit door. I am a loyal Extra Space Storage customer, and the service at this location is superb. I made my reservation, visited the location, was given a tour of the facility and the terms and conditions were explained with patience and clarity. Moving is always stressful, but the service here made it feel much less stressful. Friendly, professional service! A++++
I originally was set on going to public storage until I spoke with the manager and was told that my space had been given away and was no longer available, sorry for there lost... I contacted Extra Space Storage and they not only gave me a better deal than public storage but was much more accommodating, professional, and available. Extra Space Storage made my move easy and stress free. Thank you all!!!

This place is extremely clean and feels very safe. I have used other storage places in the past and they were not nearly as good. Reggie and Tanya were always very nice and helpful. I highly recommend.
