I was pleasantly suprised to make reservations over the phone and complete the transaction on line and talking with their representitive Ben.

I had a great experience with my unit was able to change one easily with the help of Stephen Banks the manager always very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a unit the process was easy and fast.. thanks again for a wonderful experience.

I had excellent customer service from Don. He went above and beyond all of my expectations when we were renting from this facility. I made an error in the size of unit and he was able to correct my error for me without making a big deal about it. Thanks again Don we appreciate great customer service.

Customer service is great! Clean facility. Only complaint is the rate doubles after 4 months. I went from $73 to $146, for just a 5 by 10 unit. Do your research at different facilities before you commit.
