I had a great experience working with extra space storage. Stephen is very helpful and is always available to answer all your questions. They are very attentive and organized and help you through the app as well, which is very helpful! I have never had any issues and every thing was seamless. Stephen is always willing to help. I had excellent customer service from Don. He went above and beyond all of my expectations when we were renting from this facility. I made an error in the size of unit and he was able to correct my error for me without making a big deal about it. Thanks again Don we appreciate great customer service.

Customer service is great! Clean facility. Only complaint is the rate doubles after 4 months. I went from $73 to $146, for just a 5 by 10 unit. Do your research at different facilities before you commit.
