This is by and large is the worst storage facility company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First and foremost, I truly believe Stephen the manager is absolutely doing his best to manage things efficiently , but the leasing office is extremely disorganized and lackadaisical when it comes to communicating with their customers. Sends automatic price increases in the mail. I got one after only five months. Plenty of other lower priced, well run storage placed in the area so in moving out. Did appreciate the call back (that took awhile) from the manger and district manager, but they wouldn't budge on removing the automatic price increase even though I pay on time, they aren't at 100% occupancy and they are offering first month free to new tenants.
