Rude personal after they get you in. Also, don't understand the rent went up double after almost year. $160 for a 5x10 ridiculous
No stars. Rats!!!!!!!!! Insane that all my belongings have be exposed to rats and its droppings. If you love your belongings DO NOT STORE HERE. Just gross! Get the highest insurance just in case you have to store that this low vibrational facility. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this is awful. Customer service was great at first. I called on 11/19 to upgrade my insurance and someone was suppose to add it for the following month and did not. I called back on 11/30 to verify and was given the worst treatment ever. I picked this location because it was cheaper than the other sites in the area and was close to my home. We had a good experience in the beginning. However, my partner went to the unit one day and found that our unit was burglarized. All of our valuables and sentimental items were gone and the unit was a mess. I left work in the middle of the day to file a police report and speak with the owner. They offer you a good deal 3 to 6 months later they are raising your rent telling you that's the going rate in that area which is all lies because the other storages are cheaper in the area. So be aware of this .

The facility person that works behind the desk he was very rude he was not helpful in answering any of my questions or concern. So the person what's helping me acting like didn't want my business.
Moved into this storage last week in October 2020. Decent price at first. 4 months in pulled out my refrigerator washer/dryer out. 3 refrigerator hoses and washer hoses all chewed to bits by mice! Lost value in my appliances, have to pay to replace, as well as being creeped out mice crawled all over my things. Manager had a exterminator come and and do whatever it is they do. 3 days later I received a $30 monthly increase. Insult to injury! No longer have my things at this place. I would not recommend.

This place is a joke they hounded me and hounded me to come in to get the space that was available finally when it came time to go down there they were closed for lunch at 2 o'clock and hour after they told me to come down there. Then they call me at 2:30 and tell me it's been rented. All of the employees take their lunch at the same time and shut down the business? Another unprofessional quality of this company. one word: rats We have been storing our items here for a year and recently found there to be rats in the facility. They put sticky traps by the door but we either need to move all the stuff to get in the back to put more traps (how are we even going to retrieve them) and all of our belongings are very dusty (that was expected by its pretty bad). This is by and large is the worst storage facility company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First and foremost, I truly believe Stephen the manager is absolutely doing his best to manage things efficiently , but the leasing office is extremely disorganized and lackadaisical when it comes to communicating with their customers.
