Great management! Always someone there; honest, and friendly! No a/c but climate cooled with swamp coolers. If you don't need a/c, go here for the customer service!

Ray and Terry are the best--always super kind, helpful, and patient. And they are 100% on top of keeping things secure and safe on the property. I got a friendly call from Ray soon after I left one day to tell me I hadn't locked my unit properly. And then another one from Terry when I did the SAME THING. She explained what was wrong with good humor and assured me there was no reason to be embarrassed...those are the little gestures make a huge difference in life!

Awesome experience renting from Terry and her team at Extra Space Storage on 32nd & Shea! Super clean property, amazing customer service, easy check-in/check-out, and reasonable rates. Rented a unit online late in the evening and was sent the unit #, access code, and instructions and gained entry to the unit first thing the following morning. Kate Shea was amazing, she was polite, informative, showed me the space I had reserved online. Was able to take care of my unit and offered me water while I waited. She was 5 stars, excellent!!!

I am new but have dropped off TWICE now to fill the unit. Terri, the manager is GREAT. She has been HELPFUL and works easily with me; she is very accommodating. This facility is kept VERY CLEAN. Thee isn't a used wrapper laying around anywhere. This is a great operation! Don't hesitate!

Using this spot for current role and field marketing teams. In and out of here all the time, great location, super clean, great staff and communication. Would stash my boat here if they had room, always feel secure with goods and team members in and out at off hours. Use with confidence!

I used other storage places before that I would never go back to but here at Extra Storage I was pleasantly surprised, Terry the manager was the best! She really took her time with us and I would definitely use their service if we needed to. Did I mention how clean the units and the whole place is also longer hours that you are able to get in. Again thank you Terry!
