When our business needed extra storage for an extended period of time during a remodel we thankfully found Extra Space. This facility was always clean and the staff very attentive and responsive to our questions. We appreciated the emails when onsite upgrades and maintenance were planned so not to interfere with our planned access. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for hassle free storage solutions, easy access, and a friendly staff.

Great facility and seems really organized and clean. Very good staff and systems seem to be up to date, allowing for autopay, etc. Easy accessibility. Not sure what more you could ask for in a storage facility! Easily better than the other 2 storage companies that I deal with.

I had a great experience! Terri, manager on duty is super nice and very helpful. She drove me around to look at all of the spaces (there weren't many left) that matched my needs, was very clear about the sale prices, when prices reverted back to full price. The spaces were very clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

It's a storage unit. Clean, easy to access from the 51 and have very reasonable rates. The people here are very friendly to work with such as when I lost my key and they happily cut it for me (after securely identifying me first through a number of checks). With many drive up units, easy to get in, get your stuff and get out with little hassle.

PLEASE AVOID EXTRA SPACE STORAGE AT ALL COSTS This review in no part has anything to do with the exceptional customer service of Terry at this location. This 1000% corporate greed. I came to this location based upon convenience is having to move my mother out of her long time home in one weekend. Months ago I secured a decent Internet deal on a 10x20, I decided to move my storage from a distant cheaper unit to this location because it was closer to where we had to move due to Covid Fallout. Couple months later I rented a 2nd smaller unit due to more Covid Fallout. After doing all that in the dead of summer, the same month I rented the 2nd unit, I received notice stating due to market demand, they were raising my rent $60+ monthly on the 10x20. Wait, what?? Positive first: The facility is well managed and very clean. NEGATIVE: This is my first storage experience, and this may be common practice, to raise fees after only 4 months! Four months is way too short a time. The onsite team stated, as though they say it all day long, " 'Our Management Office' decides when the rates go up, We have no control over rate increases. Been renting 4 years, started at $171/mo for a 10x25. Currently costs $256/mo, that is a 49.7% increase over 48 months. Unconscionable. We'll be moving out before year end as they have priced us out of the market.
