RecommendedWe had a great experience here! Terry and Lou are friendly, professional, and thorough. We rented a larger unit, then later down-sized to a smaller unit. They made each step easy. I definitely recommend this company, this location, and especially this staff!
After being a customer at Extra Space Storage 32nd St. for 1 year, they just raised my rates a second time. This time I got a 4 day notice that my new rate is $250.00 from $168.00 on a 10 x 15 unit. That is a 50% increase. No way this can even be legal. Completely unacceptable!!!!
