So far great. Very easy to do the paperwork. Friendly staff and looks to be a clean facility.
Excellent service, very professional, very secure , clean facility! Easy to access units: indoor drive in bays ( like a garage ) you can drive inside to unload . Secure code given for use to open doors. Convienient hours for storage use!

The management at this Extra Space location is great. Couldn't ask for better folks. The reason I'm lowing my rating from 5 to 3 stars is simple. The curb most of the trailer parking is found is next to a stand of oak trees. These trees cause problems for the trailers for 3 reasons. First, MA has a gypsy moth problem and these moth's favorite tree leave as food is oak. So every June, my trailer gets covered in a nice thick layer of Gypsy caterpillar poop. 20 months ago after I sold my mother's house in Sudbury [her dementia allowed me to do that without her knowledge], I packed up boxes and bins and put them along with a few pieces of furniture into a unit at Extra Space Storage in Hudson. So far, so good. As a business owner myself, I'm incredibly impressed with the marketing and customer facing machine the corporate home office has created. Our rental experience was very easy. Luis was very pleasant and professional. We had an issue with the first unit we were shown, and he gladly showed us others he had available. Ultimately we found one we were happy with. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that access is limited to 6 am to 10 pm. The chances I'll be in desperate need of something at 3 am is slight... read more

We were delighted with our experience when we went to rent a storage space here. The proprietor was knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. He walked us through the rental process, gave us our choice of units, and showed us how to use the keypad to enter the facility site. I helped my mother rent a local storage unit several years ago and my experience with Extra Space put that place to shame!
We had a very positive experience at Extra Space Storage in Hudson. Gary was so helpful, professional, and attentive. We had to extend our storage time, and Extra Space was very accommodating. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend this company!!
