So rent has gone up twice in less than a year . there is an internet special for 120 dollars less than what I am paying and I said at least lower the rent instead of raising it. Nowhere in the lease does it say I cannot have the internet price. It is a policy for employees not to give it when asked. Sounds like a class action suit to me. Last time they had to give me money back because I pay extra for 24 hour access and got locked in because they didn't add it to my account. UPDATE: March 2016 - my rate went UP AGAIN - to $249.00 I don't recommend doing business with this organization. Continuing to increase the rate several times a year for a storage facility is a deceptive practice. ________________________________________________________ In June, I wrote the following Yelp review: "This place is a rip-off. Don't use these guys. They make you sign a contract that lets them raise prices any time they want. I was told by a manager there that they typically increase their fees twice a year! They did that to me in the past year. On a storage unit that I initially was paying $182/month, a year later I am paying $222/month.
