**beware**. before you rent from these guys know that they raise their prices at a alarming rate. the price will be raised between $50-$75 a year and call it competitive pricing. so example: if you are paying $150 for a unit, after 6 months expect to pay $200-$225. i have another storage unit with cubesmart and they raise there prices &15-$20 a year. much more reasonable

I started renting a unit at the Self Storage in Hudson in January of this year. They gave me a price of $53.75 a month for a 5x5 unit. I had no problems with the facility. It was clean & easy to get to. My problem was when I checked my checking account on Aug. 3rd, they had taken out $85.10. When I called the facility, they told me that this was a "promotional" price & it was in my contract (who reads their contract?) but the manager should have TOLD me that anyway. FRAUDS and CROOKS. I rented a locker for $75/month. After only 3 or 4 months I got a bill for $139. I thought it was a mistake and called them but they assured me it was NOT a mistake and that they COULDN'T change the price increase and that they COULD NOT connect me to any manager of theirs. THAT IS AN 85% INCREASE THAT I DID NOT AGREE TO. My exact locker is now being advertised on their website for $65 - so Tim's little story about an increase due to market value is just as fraudulent as this company. They raise rent on loyal customers but offer much lower rates for the same unit on their site for new customers! I've been here for 3+ years and never had a late payment. When I called I was told there is nothing they would do and refused to give the Regional Manager info. Why do this to your customers who again are loyal???!!! Very disappointed!

This company regularly raises unit rent to reflect "market pricing" but in fact the same unit on their own site is offered at a much lower rate. The "manager" refused to indicate what they would raise the rent on loyal customers but offer a much lower rate for new ones. Bad business practices. Do yourself a favor and look else where for storage

My experience with extra space storage in Hudson MA was horrible. I received several emails confirming my reservation to store my camper. When we arrived to the site we had to wait 20 min because no one was there. Then, they told us that they didn't have any spot available! This was such a waste of time. Coudn't anyone give us a call to avoid the trip? Why do they send daily confirmation letters stating that we were allset and ready to move? Terrible customer service :(

I rarely write reviews but this place will start you off at a one price and then start jacking the price up on you quick. Started off with $239 a month to rent. It jumped up a couple times at the beginning. Then I found that every 6 months the price increases. I asked what there reason was behind that and they said "that's just what we do". So starting at $239 and less than 2 years later we are at $340 a month. Find a better place. For the prices they are charging should give you dehumidification and a tighter sealed space. ... read more

I miss Tim the other manger he was always nice to talk to.Just realized yet another price increase of $20 since we've been here no notice given. $268 for storage is absolutely ridiculous. So can't wait to get back and get our belongings out.Plus nothing said about our keys that we had given Tim .Are they even there?So not happy.
