Rat-infested facility. I chose this storage location because it is right next to the University of the Pacific, which made it convenient to move items in little by little before the semester started. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. After a few months, I began noticing rodent droppings on and around my belongings. If I could give this place a zero I would I definitely would never refer somebody to rent from here. The rat infestation is unreal.!!!!!! and it is so expensive you can find there are cheaper places out there especially for a 10 x 20 and I think they rent goes up every six months and if you have your place for years, it doesn't matter because they don't give loyalty a break!!!

Man I have tooo much stuff to be moving. I have the largest size unit 10x30 for my whole home I moved from Vegas and I started at $200 per month until they kept increasing it up to $450 per month. So I looked online and once again I see $200 for my size unit! So I got some help from my family to move all of my belongings to a different unit over a week in order to receive this price. Mice ate, destroyed, peed on, pooped on, and overall tore up my stuff. They clearly knew, because rat traps were placed in my storage box. I took my rug home, to find a live rat in it. Had to throw out at least 100-200 dollars worth of stuff. Thanks! never again.

Rats , rats , rats! I'm in disbelief at the situation I'm in because of Extra Space Storage. I recently moved out of Stockton last year in July to southern Ca and put a ton of valuable goods during my transition this past July I went to pick up the goods to find it covered it rat piss and poop. I originally went with public storage because I rent through their facilities in other cities thinking I would have the same great experiences. (1) Not honest Business People. In less than one year the raise the rate 2 times. I am paying double than initially paid. I called them, they agree to reduce pay. I was travelling abroad and did not have time when they increase rate the first time. I wish they do an honest business. (2) Rodent, rat droppings are everywhere.
