Extra space storage is rat infested. They do not care and if you talk to managment about it they will tell you to pound sand. They make you buy insurance and then they tell you that insurance does not cover rat infestation.
This place is a HUGE TRAP, do not rent a storage unit from this place. Lets start at the beginning. First, there are two huge banners attached to the building that state the first month is free. When I asked for the discount the sales clerk said it did not apply to this location. I asked than why were the two banners installed. Answer: It brings in business and the District Manager said to keep it up. So, OK a little disappointing with the false advertising but I really needed a place close to UoP.
