The young lady was rude and inconsiderate. I asked her three times when she next to Popeyes and she said yes which was not true canceled because it was too far out of our way called her for a cancellation. She said she was on her lunch. She can help me, but then again, she answer the phone asked for a refund not very polite said it never went through by this time I was annoyed and tired. Worked all day, unloading and loading boxes to store. Don't go to these guys feel like it just to get your service.

This is the absolute worse place to put your belongings. They have a massive rodent problem and will not work with you at all regarding any damages and expect you to still pay to hold your stuff and damage it for you...They also increase the storage fee by 100$ randomly on me don't get suckered and use this company/location. Pay extra to go elsewhere in the long run you will save yourself headaches from not having to deal with a sleezy company like this. I was diagnosed with cancer and I needed a place to store my things. I have only had the unit for three months, and the price went up. The sad part is they charged me 80.00 dollars more than what I was paying. I am now looking for another storage unit because this significant price jump does not make sense. Extra Space have friendly people working, but the prices are very high to rent. They get you in at a low rate and then up their prices on their units once you are settled in. Sad situation with 89 yr old parent health, 30 Day Notice given on her apartment. Secured a 5x10 for $138.00 but 2 days later, needed larger 10x10, so paid 70.92 more to transfer. After a week it's apparent the storage will not be required. Never used either unit. Except to put a padlock on the door. I end the contract. Paid over $200 for never using the unit. Mice, rats etc. obviously should have read the reviews. Going through insurance will be a nightmare. Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else.

I've had my unit for over a year now. Everything was fine until a month ago!!! There appears to be a rat problem now. I mentioned it to the staff. One woman was just as surprised and the other could care less... I had to set my own traps and caught one of these nasty fur balls!! Two units have moved out and I thought the problem would be gone because the other tenants had a Refrigerator and boxes off dried noodles/tea and other food items but I came back to check my traps. Yesterday I went 4 times and every time I went they were closed or the time changed for lunch. Ridiculous. The lady up front was very rude even after trying to be civil. I went again today this morning @9:37 they claim to open at 9:30 but no one was there the door was locked and I knocked and no answer. Horrible service I do not recommend.
I was wondering why this storage facility located near University of the Pacific was rated so low. They deserve every bit of their low ratings. I'm moving to Stockton from San Francisco. I made the Reservation for a 10 x 30 storage unit for a whole house move over the phone. They started off good with a good price but after about a year you will see them go up continuously. The customer service is pretty good but they have a rat problem that has been a complaint of several units. I bought it to their attention some months ago when my step dad noticed the pallets all over the floor and when I had the junk people come move my stuff out I was only able to salvage some pictures, all my furniture and clothes were covered in rat droppings and eaten up.
