I've held a unit here for almost 2 years and never had any issues with service. Clean facility and svc very responsive. Had issue with overhead door to my unit 1 Saturday night, I reported it after office was closed and person responsible was leaving but next day someone came out and fixed it. Very happy with this facility.
It was a very positive experience from the start. The customer representative Nova was exceptionally kind, helpful, personable, and patient. Nova, was very knowledgeable and straightforward with the decision making & registration process. She took her time not once but twice in assisting me with the operation and functioning of my unit. Also, the facility operations were explained very well and in details. Not to mention that I arrived one evening close to closing time and she was; yet still, VERY ATTENTIVE to my needs... read more

Tina is a excellent Mgr. Extremely professional, friendly, always makes sure its clean and secure. If you have a problem she will go out of her way to make it right. The facility is accessible 24/7 by gate code. Great place too.

I had my life pretty much stored at ExtraSpace Storage in Owings Mills, Md. Before Tina got there my life with my belongs at ExtraSpace was beyond miserable. I don't want to dwell on the before Tina. Once Tina arrived the Storage facility turned into a very pleasant place to have my things stored. Tina was life a life preserver, she threw out the raft and I latched on. The Manager, Robert, was very courteous and helpful! He showed me the different sizes of storage available for rent by driving me to each one. He also stayed a little later to complete my storage process. This is a good place to store your items!
Bob & Jillian are absolutely the best. I have had numerous storage experiences and this is by far the best. Extra Space has fair prices and policies and the staff is fabulous. I recommend them for all your storage needs! Bart B.
Everyone from the non-local phone center to the onsite managers were nothing but nice to me. I am moving and that is already stressful. However these folks made the whole experience painless and nice. No hidden fees. No confusing lease terms. Great PRICE!!! The courteous onsite managers took the time to show me units and made very good suggestions. The units and grounds are very clean and well kept. LOTS OF HELP. They are masters at customer service!
