Completely easy, painless experience. I stored my stuff here for a few months this summer. The people who manage the office are super friendly. The day after I cleared my stuff out, they couldn't get a hold of me so they called my mom, who was the alternate contact on the account, to make sure everything went smoothly. The prices are a little higher than other locations, but honestly, this is probably one of the nicer locations in the area, so, worth it. Deeply disappointed in the customer service (after we contracted) and upkeep of the units. This dirt and leaves got inside the closed unit and was all over our stuff. Pictures are after I removed quite a bit of leaves and dirt. I showed the office employee and she said that happens with wind. I asked about getting a better seal on the unit but she said she didn't know and said "maybe you can move to another unit." That was not helpful. I moved in May 2022 with a set price that I was told it wouldn't increase for a year. I wanted to pay a year upfront but the employee encouraged me not to. Three months later, the price increased 30%. I feel this company has scammed me. I encourage everyone to not get a storage from here because it is a scam. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I rarely complain about some one or someplace but I will never recommend them to any one at this location. They don't care about the customer because the units are always in demand. My locker door wouldn't open and it took them 6 months to finally help me after I complained to another office location. They were able to get it fixed in 1 week. They are good at spinning the story in their favor because the manager dropped the ball.
