Appreciate the professional manner of everyone that I have interacted with throughout the years! Wonderfully pleasant and intelligent about what they do! While being courteous and respectful. I can't imagine the job always being an easy one. Thank you . One area that could be tweaked is the lock scenario. Discarding with such easy. Landfill forever. Tell corporate to come up with earth-friendly alternative! Really!!

So I've been at extra space storage for about 3 months now and I thought I knew what I was getting into but it wasn't til today that the new manager Rina btoke everything down for me ,in other words she explained to me how everything work payments late fee ,unit up fo auction and how I had other options available to me...and after our talk I felt at peace about my property here at extra space storage,on perry avenue Sacramento California. Great customer service and she took care of me when none of the other employees will take care of me at the time that they were here she immediately knew what I was talking about and took care of it and told me and showed me how to help with my bill I'd like to thank Rima. appreciate her for her customer service I hope you guys hire her for store manager or higher up cuz she is good in that performance thank you

Very kind and helpful. Very clean, and thank goodness a update entry system. Just the time customers can enter is VERY inconvenient. Most people want to get in BEFORE 8:00, so they can start their work day, at their site by 8:00am. We should be able to enter at 7:30am.
