Appreciate everyone at this facility. Always gracious and pleasant on the phone and in person . Feel corporate policy is sloppy at times considering the Pandemic's affect and its impact on the economy. Company could be more sensitive and flexible considering the extremes of the present situation. And the idea that materials and landfill are infinite!? Cylinder locks do not need to be removed if a pad-lock is placed on unit because of billing concerns. Noticed this on visits to facility. Come on .... So company can make a fe... read more

I had a very good experience with my visit to extra space storage. The process was fast and easy. I got a great deal on a 10x10 space. The Store manager Erich Stevenson who also acted as the store clerk was very professional and polite. I would recommend this storage to anyone..

Extra Space was excellent! The Perry Street location in Sacramento was great. Eric helped me and was so professional and helpful throughout my almost 2 months of moving delays which is why I had to use storage to begin with. I was very nervous at first due to my lack of experience with storage units, but Eric was the best from the very beginning and made my experience feel so seamless. Clean and PPE was excellent. I will recommend this highly.

After a bad experience at a different storage due to bug infestation, rude staff and theft I was looking to change storages. A friend recommended this place and Im glad she did. I have been storing my belongings here for 5 months now and what a difference compared to the other place. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the jump. They greet me by name with a friendly hello. And Before COVID 19 they were happy to let me use the restroom or get water and even gave me some plastic coverings for some furniture. Most of these stars are for service. The office staff have been great every time I've talked to them. Really disappointing that the website offers 24/7 access, but they actually only offer 8 am to 8 pm to most clients. The facility is moderately run-down, but I haven't had any problems with my unit. The neighborhood is somewhat murdery, and there's often people who look not unlike meth enthusiasts slipping in when you open the gate. Briana and Kristina are awesome! They gave us information about the storage and since we had some details to work out they put a hold on it for us. We moved in the other day and the new locks on the storage door are great! The customer service is wonderful, the prices are very good compared to other sites, who could ask for anything more? I will recommend them to anyone who asks!
