I've been with Extra Space Storage since 2010. I've changed unit sizes a few times from small to large and back to smaller again. The staff never gives me a hard time and are always very helpful and quick to meet my needs. Kristina was great in getting me set up with my new unit. I've never had any problems with my stuff and the staff is excellent... I absolutely recommend extra space on Perry Ave.

Great experience! I reserved a space online and Ken called me right away to confirm my reservation. He even stayed after to ensure I could complete the paperwork and have the storage space that same day. The facility is clean and secure. Also, my storage door was hard to open and the staff immediately noticed and solved the problem with some WD40. They are very responsive with great prices too! I would definitley recommend this storage facility.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I have had a unit here for only 3 months, and they have already raised the rent 100% I specifically asked the rental agent about rent hikes, he assured me that wouldn't happen, and that Extra Space storage wouldn't raise rates. 3 months later my rent has been raised 100% and the district manager explained to me that I had basically been swindled into signing a lease that allowed rent hikes. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!! My partner has been renting a unit from this facility since 2014, and in December 2021, we had gone to the storage and found that it had been broken into. Someone had cut through the walls from the storage unit behind and stole a bunch of things from the storage unit. They also went through the walls to the units next to my partner's unit! The worst experience in my life, I rent a parking spot on july 2017 to park my pressure wash trailer thinking it will be safety that parking ousite and someone came true to the storage and the trailer was stolen. The manager Casiri said that is not their fault. Days before I let them know (twice) that someone was stealing gas from the trailer tank and they did not paid attention to what I said and a couple days after what a surprise my pressure wash tariler wasn't in there. I stored my 1 bedroom apartment here for almost 2 months. My unit had boards nailed on the wall to cover up holes. Upon moving out of the unit I found my couch covered in rat feces as well as cockroaches in my boxes upon settling into my new house. Other renters at the facility open up their door and hang out in the property all day long as if it is their home. DON'T STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!!!
