Was totally disgusted to find price doubled after 3 months. Had no prior knowledge. Must have been written in microscopic letters . As if that wasn't bad enough was hit with THIRTY DOLLAR late fee less than a week later. Other than that place was fine, Dave and Jim very nice . Very clean, great hours, easy access. First storage experience so must have been pretty naive about pricing. Just could not afford to waste that much money on stuff sitting in a box.
JIm was so helpful! He answered all questions and explained everything fully making the process so easy. Jim and Dave were both professional, courteous and friendly! The office and rental space were very clean also. I have never rented a storage unit before and am glad I chose Extra Space Storage.
Love this place! Dave and Jim are always so nice and helpful! Great place if you need to use a storage unit. Highly recommend this place.
Awesome experience. First time renting a storage unit. after reading many internet horror stories I was apprehensive. Dave Almeida and Jim Laurie gave a very thorough review of the units, lease and payment options. A very comprehensive and customer centric approach that was very much appreciated. Hands down very superior to those self service kiosk operations!
Dave was a great help explaining the process and billing. He is very friendly and great to talk with. Had a wonderful experience.
