My unit in indoors. It is clean and temperature controlled. As far as the service goes, it was wonderful. Everything was thoroughly explained, no surprises. Extremely helpful.

Started off at a good rate of $180.00 a month, then a couple months after went up at $286.00 a month, then a couple months after went to over $300 a month. I called and talked to both a “manager” on a Saturday who was extremely extremely rude when I had questions about the upcharging. Bait and hook. Lure you in with good rent. After 1 year when they assume you've filled your unit and would be to difficult to empty they raise your rent over 75%. Only good for short term.
