My experience with extra space was above and beyond. The location is clean and easily accessible but the customer service was the main factor for my rental. James the gentleman who helped me was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. I’m going through a difficult situation and talked his ear off and he continued to be professional and compassionate keeping a smile. This is my second time renting a storage unit here. And it’s just as I remember. Friendly employees and very clean. If you need a storage unit Extra Space is the place to get one. You won’t be disappointed.
