While the facility is nice, their pricing is not. They will lure you in with a low price and then increase it every few months until your rate is almost doubled or more. When you call to get a lower rate, they try to tell you that the new rate is the “going rate” for your size. However, if you do your research, you can find that the actual “going rate” for comparable size units is much lower. Do yourself a favor if you have the room, rent a POD instead.

I arrived at my storage unit today, 4/21/25 at around 3:30. I sat down to go through some boxes to condense and organize our unit and was putting music on my phone and my husband sat down because he had an urgent matter to handle by phone. Mind you we had only been here for ten minutes at this point and an employee walked by and scolded us saying "you aren't allowed to lounge around in here get moving".
