RecommendedI absolutely love Extra Space Storage and I’d refer this specific site on Rt13. In Bensalem a hundred times over! The reason being is due to Searra the phenomenal manager, she has been beyond helpful and caring about all of my needs! Searra always goes above and beyond to assist me and makes my specific issues easier to deal with! I’m handicapped in a wheelchair and I don’t have help as often as I need, and Searra helps in anyway she possibly can, I wish there were a “Searra“ at every business I use! I arrived at my storage unit today, 4/21/25 at around 3:30. I sat down to go through some boxes to condense and organize our unit and was putting music on my phone and my husband sat down because he had an urgent matter to handle by phone. Mind you we had only been here for ten minutes at this point and an employee walked by and scolded us saying "you aren't allowed to lounge around in here get moving".
