This Storage space is very clean and easy to access! And the fact that it has alarm on each unit makes me feel like the stuff will be safe!
The manager is awesome! Excellent customer service. Made should I understand the renting policies and was quick qnd efficient. Very polite and kind.

This is my third experience with Extra Space. I used to reside in El Sobrante and once I moved, I moved into the Richmond location. When I first moved there, the manager waited for me to arrive during Christmas! Very impressive and he was also customer service oriented. So, moving into your Washington location was a no-brainer.

I find the facility and staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable, along with being incredibly friendly. I was able to get all of my questions answered about my storage requirements and found the rental process to be hassle free. I feel very comfortable leaving my items here. It is a safe area and well protected.
Sadly, we just recently vacated our storage unit after being a customer since 2011. The facility is the BEST around. Secure. Safe. Super clean! The rental fees are on the higher end but you definitely get what you pay for. We have no complaints. Jamieson and staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We accessed our unit daily for our business and saw the staff always walking the facility cleaning, sweeping and making sure everything was good.
