Jamison was amazing! I signed up for storage at the Alameda Clement location which they told me that insurance was a requirement to rent a storage room.. so i went through with the process. I came to find out that was NOT the case. Insurance is OPTIONAL not a Requirement. I came to this location and explained my situation with Jamison and he easily helped me with my situation. Very nice facility, clean and I felt safe there alone. The onsite staff member, Jamerson is very friendly, responsive and very patient as I had to extend my vacate date several times. If you're looking for a facility to store your items, long term or short term Extra Space Storage in San Leandro is highly recommended.

Extra Space in San Leandro is an excellent place for storage. Clean, well lit buildings, and probably the best location for convenient gate access hours. Jameson is a pleasure to talk for any storage needs and provides top notch customer service.

I received EXCELLENT customer service from Jamison today. We had an issue with our lock mechanism and Jamison quickly & efficiently addressed our concerns and stepped in to remedy the situation. We are very pleased with the location, team & service provided! Kudos!!
The manager Jamison is so nice and very helpful. Moving can be very stressful but the process was so easy thanks to the staff. The place is also always very clean. Would definitely recommend if I need storage again.
Princess did an amazing job at assisting me wit cutting my lock off. She exhibited extreme poise and professionalism as she conducted her job. This was an amazing opportunity to be be able to have my needs addressed in such a timely manner. Shout out to Princess.
