The storage space was generally everything we expected. We had one issue with one freight elevator, but the staff went overboard to help out and we were not seriously blocked. They also made various tasks easy, such as learning how to access the facility and helping us accommodate our movers. Super friendly and very much appreciated.

Jamison was amazing! I signed up for storage at the Alameda Clement location which they told me that insurance was a requirement to rent a storage room.. so i went through with the process. I came to find out that was NOT the case. Insurance is OPTIONAL not a Requirement. I came to this location and explained my situation with Jamison and he easily helped me with my situation. Very nice facility, clean and I felt safe there alone. The onsite staff member, Jamerson is very friendly, responsive and very patient as I had to extend my vacate date several times. If you're looking for a facility to store your items, long term or short term Extra Space Storage in San Leandro is highly recommended.

Extra Space in San Leandro is an excellent place for storage. Clean, well lit buildings, and probably the best location for convenient gate access hours. Jameson is a pleasure to talk for any storage needs and provides top notch customer service.

Jamison was very helpful with determining what locker we needed for our stuff and showed us a few options. the place was cleaner than the two other storage spots we checked out too, so that helped my hubby and me make our decision too. I recommend this extra storage space to anyone who cares about cleanliness and helpful staff.
I received EXCELLENT customer service from Jamison today. We had an issue with our lock mechanism and Jamison quickly & efficiently addressed our concerns and stepped in to remedy the situation. We are very pleased with the location, team & service provided! Kudos!!
