I did have another storage facility that i was using, that was until I seen the newly opened Extra Space Storage as I drove down Washington Avenue. My husband and I stopped and went in and met with the manager whom was very friendly and helped us out. He showed us the unit, we got the drive-up unit outside. Their prices were a bit lower than the other but the facility itself was clean. Which is what I really liked. Thumbs up for the good work, great customer service, and nice clean safe storage.
by far the worst costumer service by the gentlemen who is heavier set with glasses and the gentleman with long hair and glasses. Extremely rude miserable people working here. do not recommend

I called as the "business owner" Emily S. suggested that I do. Turns out, she's likely a call center employee, not the business owner. Anyway, they will raise your rate in 3 months. This was confirmed via phone by Neil who I guess is the go to person for customer inquiries. DO NOT FALL FOR THE GOOD INTRO PRICE. THEY WILL FOR SURE RAISE YOUR RATE ASTRONOMICALLY IN 3 MONTHS.

This extra space is probably the worst place you can rent storage space almost every three months without failure they raise the rates so if you want storage space that is short short term fine, but not if you want to rent a space for more than 6 months because they will continue to raise the rates and raise the rates I can hardly wait to get my stuff out of here. This place is new, so of course everything looks nice and clean. Which is why I gave it 2 stars, but what I didn't like was that after I signed up, they said I had to purchase insurance, I explained I already had insurance that covers my personal belongings and they said I had to get it with them for one month so I had to cough up another $10.00 for no good reason.
